È stata resa nota la lista dei candidati per i BAFTA Game Awards 2016, l’atteso evento in programma il prossimo 7 aprile a Londra. Sarà presentato da Dara O’Briain.
Per quanto riguarda la categoria “AMD eSports Audience Award 2016”, tra i candidati un sestetto di titoli composto da Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Hearthstone: Heroes Of Warcraft, League Of Legends, Dota 2, Smite e Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3.
Con riferimento alla “Artistic Achievement in 2016” troviamo titoli di successo quali Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, Ori and the Blind Forest, Batman: Arkham Knight.
Candidati che non hanno bisogno di presentazioni anche per la “Audio Achievement 2016”: Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, Batman: Arkham Knight, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain e Star Wars Battlefront.
L’attesa categoria “Best Game in 2016” vedrà contendersi il premio The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, Life is Strange, Rocket League e Fallout 4.
Il premio riguardante il miglior debutto della stagione prevede Keep Talking and Nobody ExplodesHer Story, Prune, Ori and the Blind Forest, Mini Metro e Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime.
Per quanto concerne il premio “Family in 2016” troviamo Disney Infinity 3.0: Play Without Limits, Guitar Hero: Live, Super Mario Maker, Rocket League, FIFA 16 e LEGO Dimensions
Il riconoscimento per quanto riguarda l’innovazione vedrà concorrere titoli del calibro di Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, Her Story, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Life is Strange Until Dawn e Splatoon.
